Resetting the Receiver
Push the red button, or pull the power cord and plug it back in

Remote Control Issues:
There are two kinds of remotes
- DIRECTV Remote (longer)
- Genie Remote (shorter/rounder)
Green light will show on the remote ANYTIME a button is pushed!
(If there is no green light, batteries may need to be changed, or remote is dead & you need a new one)

Checking the Cable Connections
"No Signal, Weak Signal, or Check Cable Connections"
Make sure your DIRECTV reciever is turned on

Your TV is on the correct input that the box is plugged into
